- DEFINITIONS
- “Safo”, refers to the software service provider owned and operated under CodeLab Tanzania.
- “Customer”, “Client”; refers to the individual or business entity subscribing to Safo Services.
- “Account” refers to your registered subscription account with Safo.
- “Authorized User” refers to any individual granted access to use your Safo account with your permission.
- “Services” refers to all software modules, tools, and platforms provided by Safo, including POS, Inventory, Retail Management, CRM, and others.
- “Subscription Plan” refers to our package-based pricing structure (Silver, Gold, Enterprise).
- “Data” or “Materials” means any content, information, or files uploaded, stored, or processed using the Safo platform.
- ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
- You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your country to use Safo.
- To access our Services, you must register an account and provide accurate details including full name, phone number, valid email, and business address.
- Safo reserves the right to accept or reject any registration without prior notice.
- ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You are liable for all activities and data associated with your Account.
- Sharing malicious files, viruses, or unauthorized content is strictly prohibited.
- Any breach of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.
- AUTHORIZED USERS AND ACCESS CONTROL
- Account Owners can invite Authorized Users (e.g., staff or team members) with customized access levels.
- You are responsible for all activity by your Authorized Users.
- In case of disputes regarding access, the Account Owner has full control to manage or revoke access.
- FAIR USE AND RESOURCE ALLOCATION
To ensure quality and performance for all users, Safo applies a Fair Use Policy:
- Limits apply to the number of users, products, and outlets depending on your Subscription Plan.
- Excessive or abusive usage may result in throttling, suspension, or termination.
- PACKAGES AND PRICING
Safo offers the following subscription packages:
- Silver Package
- Monthly Fee: TZS 20,000
- Annual Fee: TZS 220,000
- Product Limit: Up to 150 products
- Users Allowed: 2 users only
- Ideal For: Small businesses or individual entrepreneurs
- Gold Package
- Monthly Fee: TZS 35,000
- Annual Fee: TZS 385,000
- Product Limit: Up to 300 products
- Users Allowed: Up to 4 users
- Ideal For: Small to medium-sized businesses
- Enterprise Package
- Pricing: Customized according to client needs
- Product Limit: Unlimited
- Users Allowed: Unlimited
- Ideal For: Medium to large businesses with customized requirements
Payment Terms:
- All subscriptions are billed either monthly or annually in Tanzanian Shillings .
- Annual payments are non-refundable, once the subscription is activated.
- Enterprise clients will receive a formal quotation and invoice
- Payment must be made via accepted payment methods at the start of the billing cycle.
- All payments are non-refundable, even if you stop using the Services partway through the billing cycle.
- Safo reserves the right to change pricing with a 30-day prior notice.
- FREE TRIAL
- Safo provides a 1-month free trial with full access to all core features.
- After the trial period, you must select and activate a paid subscription to continue using the Services.
- Data will be retained for up to 30 days after trial expiration if no plan is activated.
- MODIFICATIONS AND UPDATES
- Safo may modify its software features, pricing, or terms as needed.
- Clients will be notified of any significant changes in advance.
- Continued use of the system after updates implies acceptance of the new terms.
Clients
- may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
- Downgrading may result in loss of access to certain features or data based on the plan’s limitations.
- No refunds are issued for unused time when downgrading.
- Upgrades are charged based on the remaining time in the current billing cycle.
- TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard.
- If payment is not received on time, your account may be suspended or downgraded.
- Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for unused time in your billing period
- Safo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts due to:
- Non-payment
- Violation of usage rules
- Misuse of the system
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- Safo retains all rights to the software, design, content, and branding.
- You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer our software.
- Feedback submitted to Safo may be used without any obligation to you.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Safo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability in any 12-month period shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that period.
- DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
- Safo Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties.
- We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or achieve specific results.
- DISPUTE RESOLUTION
- All disputes will first be addressed through informal resolution.
- If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through mediation, and if needed, arbitration under the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
- GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Tanzania. Any legal actions or proceedings shall be subject to Tanzanian jurisdiction.
